Community Wood Smoke Reduction Program Participant Survey

Thank you for participating in the Community Wood Smoke Reduction Program (CWSRP).

Data from this survey will be used to assess the barriers and motivations of participants to make the program more accessible to British Columbians. 

This survey is a mandatory requirement for each CWSRP applicant. Your responses will be summarized and anonymized. No personal or identifying information will be retained.
